I have been a customer of theirs for a while and have never been disappointed in their service, their prices, or how I was treated. I purchased a machine in 2016 and had taken a machine in for repair another time and was just in the store to pic a small item up about 10 days ago. It was the same wonderful treatment. I asked the cost of bringing my embroidery machine in for a check and to have it serviced. He told me the cost and it was seems to me that it had not gone up any in a good while. Linda G
