I called in with a question about something I had done incorrectly with my machine, and the woman was very helpful. She told me that that I could bring it in, they would check it out and they would give me a price estimate for free.
I used to be a customer of this business, but they certainly are not user friendly as other local independent repair people. He also charges a lot for the repairs. Will not return.
