Simply the BEST! – I was recomended to Factory's for my engagement ring from a friend. My fiance' and I had shopped all over ( Shane Company, Jerrod's etc.). A really nice woman named Stacie helped us. We were blow away by her knowledge and professionalism. Are they Serious? – My experience with Factory's Inc was very negative. They flaunt their BBB rating like it's a gold medal, yet their treatment of me and my fiance was stunningly bad. Prices are through the roof, and some custom work that they did for us had to be completely redone, at a total cost to us, with another jeweler. The attitude was very negative and unkind, and they would not resolve the problems. I can't recommend Factory's Inc. to anyone, and I wish I had never gone there in the first place.
