Sold me a wrong part after I asked them to order it off of the VIN. Returned it the next day after receiving. Paid cash and was told they have a new system they couldn't give me cash back. Called a week later to ask where my refund check was the gentlemen was very rude and stated "I already told you they cut it last week" it is now 02/06/2023 it was not cut last week have involved multiple higher ups including Kal Barnett, Joel Questschenbach, Jaimee Frank, Jim Whitmore an Sarah Somar.
