I left my car at the shop right before I had to leave for vacation. The shop kept my car safe while I was still away and wasn’t able to pick it up. FREE of charge! Great great customer service! Rob kept me posted throughout the whole process and made sure to check up on me after I picked up my car. I would recommend the shop to my friends!
I have had two of my vehicles repaired here and both times I have been disappointed. Don’t pay them until everything is 100% right or they will blow you off. Most recently, they had an issue getting a part (piece of trim) from Hyundai. They told me they tried ordering it several times and each time, there had been a defect with the part. I had a disappointing experience with Classic Collision in Bellevue, WA. My Honda Accord was with them for over two weeks, yet they were unable to diagnose the ongoing battery drain issue. Despite the problem originating from previous repairs done at their Pflugerville, TX location, there was no proper diagnosis summary shared between the two shops. The passenger’s rear door was damaged. They replaced and even fix the rear tire. Washed my car afterwards. My car looks like the day I got it from dealership. Although, it took over 3 weeks they were thorough! They communicated with me every step of the way with my repair. Thank yall so much for the great job and service.
