I chose this body shop after my accident based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. This is a great shop they did a phenomenal repair job on my rear quarter panel of my vehicle. If I need a body repair shop in the future I am going back to Classic Collision and you should too.
Customer service was great, the work they did on my car was great, but they did not fix two dents that insurance company refused to fix and they did not communicated that to me.
If you want my opinion you’ll be disappointed. The term “the customer is always right” did not apply to my experience with CC. But if you’re hard up and desire no customer service and blame then this place is for you? So picking up my car I gave them a well done on the bumper. However my eye was immediately drawn to a chip in the lower half in the middle of the lift gate.
