We had a great experience working with Terry at Factory Direct Mattress! We stopped in the Saturday before Memorial Day and he happened to have the exact Helix mattress we liked in store. We paid for him to deliver it on the coming Tuesday afternoon but his truck needed to be serviced, so he upgraded our delivery and his delivery service was able to bring our mattress to us less than 24 hours later. Popped in on a Saturday to check out a mattress. Had a fantastic experience! Terry was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He was not pushy and was willing to answer all our questions. Decided to buy from him instead of online/ other retailers given he had best price and great customer service.

Terry was wonderful to work with, and I couldn't recommend him more! Loved being able to get the mattress I wanted while also supporting a local business.
