After much research, we found the 'couples' trailer of our dreams and a dealer that made our purchase come true! A big thank you to Factory Direct Marine and RV in Rockwood, TN. Our sales rep was very responsive, the service department ensured that our trip home with the trailer 'in tow' was a safe one and the 'chef' in the onsite restaurant was a great cook (and waiter) during our visits! GREAT! Would buy from them again
I have a house in Milledgeville Ga. Traveled 314 miles to buy a pontoon boat. Sales person was Laurie who was great, Larry, Cassie, and Justin were aiso great. Would buy from them again. Was a trade in. Everyone was great from my sales person to everyone else.
Thieves, liars, won’t stand behind the products they sell. I even got ahold of upper management and they don’t care either. Please people save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.
Thieves! trying to steal a 500 deposit with no signed contract!! Stay away from them!
