I would not recommend this company. They operate under Factory Direct Jewelry. I purchased a dome ring in December 2023 which broke in June 2024. I was told the warranty is for 30 days; therefore, I wasn't eligible for a refund. I received an email that stated the ring would be repaired and returned. I called the company and the customer service agent said the ring would be replaced. If the ring is repaired, what happens if the ring breaks again? I am not happy with this course of action. I ordered a crucifix and chain. They took my money instantly from account but it was lost at LA, Calif on a 2 day ship, it's been 9days and they are no help. Not a good business transaction... Beware
