I personally did not have a good experience. At all..This is the short version... I ordered a jon boat in mid-May. June 4th, they delivered the wrong boat on a Thursday at 11p.m. Driver was belligerent and even tried to get money from me. The next day Matt with DirectBoats said he would handle the situation and asked me if the following Tuesday June 9th was good for delivery. I confirmed.
