Having worked shortly with Factory Collission and Restoration and can tell they are very professional. They emailed and called me and made sure I had everything I needed to get my work done. I also work in the car community and constantly run across FC&R on a regular basis and there's nothing I don't like. I am just getting my brand new 2018 Toyota Camry XSE back from FCR after a accident in December. My car looks absolutely incredible and I could not be happier with the finished product! I love my car so much so when I was in an accident it was simply a no brained as to who I would allow fix it. From start to finish my experience with FCR has been so smooth. I cannot thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job!
FCR did an amazing job on my 2018 4Runner. When I picked it up after being fixed my 4Runner looked 100% better than the day I bought it!!! I received great customer service and I had constant communication with them through my entire ordeal with my old insurance company. FCR was even by my side in court and helped me fight for my rights and get my money back from the insurance company. I’m so happy I decided to go to FCR to get my suv fixed!! Thank you to everyone at FCR!

Rob and his staff are amazing people who will fight for what’s right. They have zero compromise for original parts in your vehicle and did a fantastic job on my Durango! I cannot be happier with the absolutely amazing quality of work they did!
What a disaster. I have seen what goes on here. You drop your car off plan to never see it again. Can we say greed? They soak you at every turn. Girls in the office are rat traps. They may as well be eating Tide pods! And they don't always use "original oem parts". They do use aftermarket. Pay this, sign here.
