I recently bought blinds from Factory Blinds Distributors and was disappointed to find that one of them had incorrect measurements. When I contacted the company they were unwilling to rectify the error. I even suggested resizing the blind for a smaller window, but they refused. I've tried repeatedly to speak with the owner, but he's always 'on vacation.' The quality of the blinds was mediocre, and the customer service was abysmal.
