An absolute great place to live central to everything Charleston. Park Circle is the safest and most walkable area and the Factory staff treat you like family. 5 stars!!!!!
All the facilities were really well kept, the maintenance staff were always really quick to fix any issues, the location is amazing, close to so many nice restaurants and bars.
Love the location! Both apartments I saw looked very nice and will be a hard decision to decide on between the two. Stephanie was great to do the tour with, made you feel like you were old friends.
I’m a transitioning active duty member and signed a lease all the way from Hawaii without ever seeing the place or area in person. I travel and move in next week and am blessed to have had Stephanie and the leasing crew ensure the process went as smooth as possible. I was able to order needed furniture ahead of time and Stephanie helped me get it into the apartment before I get there.
