Truly love living here at the Factory. The staff are super accommodating and keep the place super clean and welcoming. They do the best resident events monthly and always have food trucks coming in. The maintenance staff are the friendliest people and it’s been wonderful getting to know them over the years. Will recommend this place forever and ever!
We were only here for a year but had the most pleasant experience with the staff and community. Maintenance responds in little to no time. They also do not make you feel bad for needing them which is a plus. The office staff is professional and just as responsive. The community is clean, convenient and super dog friendly. We are sad to move away but can't sing their praises enough!
Great apartment complex in Park Circle. Wouldn't recommend enough due to not only the location but the friendly staff and great amenities. Stephanie, Sarah and Gerome (everyone else) are rockstars and always friendly, responsive and fantastic when talking to them. Maintenance is almost instant and courteous, again Gerome is your guy for anything and everything.
