We moved in here just under a month ago and couldn’t be happier with the space, the amenities and the lovely team. Walking distance to the charming North Charleston village, with numerous bars and restaurants. Friendly neighbors, fast internet, no unexpected noise.
The office staff is amazing, Sarah and Stephanie are immensely knowledgeable and pleasant. The maintenance staff is friendly and always on top of work orders. The amenities are next level, from the pool to the fire pit and fire place. With it being so close to downtown park circle makes it the perfect place to me.
This location is great and some of the amenities are nice, but to be honest the amount that they’re asking for rent is ridiculous!!! By no means is this worth the cost! I would like to know more on who owns this complex as well as the assembly next-door because this is a perfect example of price gouging.
I left a two star review for my experience at The Factory and it was removed, so I’m reposting it. My experience at this apartment complex has been less than ideal. While the apartment itself is decent, it’s overpriced for the area. The ceiling insulation is so thin that I can often hear my upstairs neighbor’s daily activities, and the AC is loud enough that you have to choose between staying cool or hearing the TV.
