In my experience this company is slow, has untrained and ill equipped techs, has bad supply chain support, and don't care. Here are the two experiences I've had so far: 1 - GE washer, drain pump problem failure. I suspected the drain pump (thanks Google). Gave them all info I had in advance. The next tech appointment was 8 days away. Tech confirmed pump failure, but had no spare parts, had to order. ETA was >1 week. I called on 8/2/23 for a KitchenAid Ice maker repair. I paid $159 diagnostic fee. Tech "John" came on 8/10/23. First estimate for repair was $441. I trusted the repair mans diagnosis and paid to order the needed part. On 8/22/23, "John" came out again and replaced the needed part (Circ. pump) but that didn't fix the problem. This company will screw you around over and over. I had an appointment for December 22nd 2022, I called to confirm the morning of the appointment, they said the appointment was December 29th 2002, but no one informed me of the change. I explained I would not be here 12/29, and needed something sooner, they could not accommodate me. I had to reschedule the appointment for 4/17/23. If any of you have a warranty for an appliance, do NOT use Factory Appliance Service in Tulsa. They are the WORST. They've had my washing machine for 3 weeks. All because they couldn't get a nut off to replace the gear set. First of all, it should never take this long to get a nut off. after the first time they came out to diagnose the problem, it was fine. The part came in and they came back to fix it. Upon originally reviewing this review I was unable to find a service ticket for the name of the person leaving the review. I did however reach out to the person I believe to be listed as the owner of the washer in question. I was unable to make contact with anyone but left my contact information including my name and phone number via a voicemail. I will try again per the voicemail I left so that I can address any issue with the service we provided or the experience this valued customer has had with our company.
Unfortunately, my warranty is with this company. > 2 weeks since I called to get my dishwasher repaired. Left messages for the owner to call me. Nothing.

Unfortunately, we have been waiting on the part to arrive from our distributor. In this case we received the part on 03/24/2022 at 12:16 PM. Customer was notified at 12:17 PM by text that part had arrived and was provided a secure link to schedule an appointment. The available times were not agreeable so we arranged to complete the repair on 03/25/2022 between the hours of 1 PM and 5 PM. The customer agreed to this time frame and schedule date.
I have used this business for the past 5 years for refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer repair and maintenance. Today I called to schedule a dishwasher repair. Linda was amazing and helped me troubleshoot the problem, saving me a service call. Thank you Linda!!
