Thank you! Even though it took a few weeks to get the part. You tracked it down and installed it and the machine works beautifully. Better than before, no more annoying messages about the bobbin thread getting low until it is actually getting low. Thank you so much for cleaning and installing the new bobbin casing it's like a new machine

Thorough repair, friendly, professional, convenient
I bought a Miele vacuum there a year ago and went in today for replacement bags and filters. They have great customer service and also great knowledge of their products. I am most happy with the vacuum they sold me - perfect for my needs and light enough for me to use and carry which was a concern. Much better than a big box experience...check them out...you will not be sorry. Mary Cook
