My daughter was unsuccessful with physical therapy through Kaiser for her knee pain which was coming from her weak hip muscles. Working with Rob has taken her to an entire new level. Not only did he work with her to get her through this pain, he also focused on building the right muscles for cheer as a base. Coach O is an excellent trainer who will always push you to your limit. He has helped me become more confident in my softball skills. Throughout the time I have been training with him I have noticed a difference of becoming stronger and being able to be a lot quicker on the field. I highly recommend him!
My Daughter was with Coach O last year when he was at Net fitness and it helped her so much then! :) Now I have both my son and daughter with him. They absolutely love the Workouts! He is so awesome working with them individually.. I am so happy with the Training they are receiving.
I've had workouts with Coach O for awhile over my breaks and early Monday mornings before school. He keeps me motivated and pushes me to the next level. Giving me reminders to be mentally focused and to stay positive . Joining this program is one of the bests thing that has happened to me in my athletic life and I'll continue to keep working hard to become a stronger athlete.
Coach O has helped me improve on my physical well being and help me get ready for sports. He is a great fitness instructor. He has helped me be motivated to strive for success.
Coach O did a great job working with my son. My son broke his leg and was frustrated from his lack of strength. He did a couple of six week sessions with Rob and is feeling like himself again. Excellent motivator.
Both of my kids have had some incredible coaches come into their lives and Coach O ranks up there with the best of them. He has worked with both Cydney and Giovanni and they love what he has done for them. He has personalized a program for each of them and they are reaping the benefits. And of course they are always walking around the house flexing their muscles!!
Coach O has worked with my ten year old daughter, Ella, for several months. She loves going and has learned how to condition her body to prepare for the soccer season. Coach O is knowledgable, approachable and motivational. Ella loves pushing herself in the exercises that he gives her and has become more disciplined. They continue to work on strengthening her core and working on her balance and speed. I would highly recommend Coach O to others!
GREAT WORK OUTS!! Rob is very encouraging and pushes you to your limits! def worth your time!
