The manager is very rude and very unprofessional. The tractor that was purchased 3 years ago is still having problems.
Ordered a snow plow with a 2 week delivery. Three weeks no call. Left messages and sales guy was always busy with "another customer" to talk. Left several messages and finally get a call back a week later. One part is on backorder and will be in stock in 2 weeks and I was to be kept informed.
