I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Facility Systems Services (FSS) and would not recommend them to anyone. Our business first hired them in May 2024 to service our two A/C and heat units. At that time, I specifically requested to be set up on a quarterly maintenance plan and provided all necessary information, yet they completely failed to follow up or initiate the service. Have worked with this company for years. Seems as if they have just disappeared or gone out of business. No way to call or contact them. Phone numbers do not work. Was great but gone
