Coming to Facility Fitness and training with Paul Swaby was the best decision I have made for my training. His personal training and physiotherapy background make him the perfect trainer for anyone. Every session was a good one, and his positive energy and investment in my training improved my strength and confidence. Any time I had an injury or my body was not feeling its best, he would alter the routine to fit my needs. Overall, my time at Facility Fitness was amazing and I would highly recommend training with Paul Swaby.
