I moved to Colorado 8 years ago and Facilities Unlimited and Michele were the most helpful of any I worked with! I rented 2 locations through Michele and anytime there was a problem with anything one call e-mail or text they resolved the matter immediately! Dishonest property management company. They will nickel and dime you on move-out trying to come up with anything they can to keep your deposit. They are sneaky....steer clear.

Please understand your animals causes a lot of damage that was verified as the unit was videoed prior to you taking possession as well as you signed a condition form. You also admitted to some of the damage documented on your return. After being a model tenant the last year and figuring that this company Michele and Mindy were running these units as slums, so I just brushed off all the terrible living conditions knowing that I’d be moving in a year. Hello ******, Upon moving you in we both noticed the walls were in desperate need of painting. They were covered with so many items, we did not notice this at the time you signed your lease. I offered to have the unit painted and you declined so I gave you a monthly discount on your rent. A company was hired at the time you moved in and a full yard clean up was conducted and looked great.
