Literally changed my life! Helped cure my back and neck pain!
I saw Sam for a few months a little year ago after experiencing ongoing pain from old injuries and hyper-mobility. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, and kind. I can confidently say the series of exercises and advice I was given was life changing- my posture has improved, I’ve gotten injured less, and I understand how to support my body so much more. Can’t recommend seeing Sam enough.
