⭐ 1-Star Review I arrived at 10:15 AM for my appointment, I have been waiting for over three hours in an exam room, and the doctor is not even present at the clinic. This level of disrespect for patients’ time is completely unacceptable. No communication, no updates, and no explanation for such an excessive delay. waited for over two hours just to see the dermatologist that’s only here once a month. ridiculous. update: they said that i’ll have better luck with an earlier appointment because they get backed up throughout the day so i made an appointment at 9am (the earliest available) and i still didn’t see the derm until 11am :|. the doctor is very nice and helpful, my acne has cleared up thanks to him, but i just don’t understand why the wait is so long it’s very frustrating. it the only one even remotely close to me that accepts my ... read more
