This was my first time at Facey Urgent Care, and I had a wonderful experience. I sprained my ankle earlier in the morning, and by the afternoon I was still in a lot of pain. There were a few other people waiting, but I was able to be seen quickly. They needed to do an X-ray on my ankle, so I had to wait a bit longer for a room to become available. Honestly, the gentleman checking me in acted like he was being interrupted while on his ipods listening to music. So distant and just not friendly at all. You go to urgent care because you need help and trust me, i did NOT want to be there and that initial interaction just made things worse for the visit. Really small packing spots
Facey for god sake please don’t referral us your patients to Western Drug Medical Supply , this company don’t care about human beings, they don’t have empathy for patients , they won’t answer or follow up when we clearly need them, please see their google reviews.
This place needs to work on being efficient. Their system is horrible the wait is exhausting for something minor. It’s either they make us wait for a long time to justify the bill or there is just so much lack of care towards patients here.
