Worth the Weight in Gold I trust this jeweler, plain and simple. I went to Goldmax to sell an old gold watch. They offered me $317 at first, then $460 when I told them I already was quoted $400 from a jeweler. So I went back to Facet 58 and Chuck was very nice and explained everything I wanted to know about testing of gold and the history of the antique watch. I Wouldn't Trust Anyone Else! I personally have done business with Facets 58 Jewelery for over 20 years. People who have placed negative comments about professionalism and quality need to go to the retail jewelery stores at the local Malls and buy their jewelery. There, you'll get what you deserve to pay and then later, when you grow up and are ready to shop for High End, Quailty and Custom jewelery, Go back and visit Facets! Miss Molly I have read the other blogs and I can't quite believe that they are talking about Facets 58. My husband and I have been using Facets 58 for over 25 years as our jeweler and have never been treated with anything but professional expertise, honesty and integrity. The proprieter and his lovely wife greet you with warmth and sincerity. As far as we are considered there is no other jewelry store than Facets 58.
Have you been drinking? Unfortunately my husband bought my wedding ring from Facets 58 and every three months I have to go there to get it cleaned. The staff is unprofessional and if you try to call the store you??ll most likely get no answer. The owner Terri smells like alcohol and makes me feel very uncomfortable so much so that I will never buy another piece of jewelry from them again. Avoid this place!
Liars This Place is not recommended at all. I took the owner Terri Contrucci to court and won the case. He stole my grandmothers watch. He hired a lawyer and appealed the case and LOST AGAIN! He had to pay me for the value of the watch but it doesn't bring back my family heirloom. This guy doesn't give a crap about the customer at all. Go anywhere else but here to do business.
Poor Customer Service If you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you. The owner Terri is one of the worst jewelers I have ever dealt with. His ego is over the top. We took our business elsewhere.
Owner, Terry, is a real A-hole. The owner Terry, is an idiot. Super arragant, i could only stand him for about 4 minutes and i had to leave the store. He tries to show off for some odd reason instead of listening to consumers and fullfilling their wish. He seemed to want to 'one up' me and others in the store. Everyone was rolling their eyes about him. I will drive 45 minutes to downtown LA and get better service, at a fraction of the cost. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Pick a DIFFERENT place to invest your jewelry money. My entire experience at Facet 58 in Huntington Beach left TOO much to be desired. The service was poor and the owner/"Mr. Big Shot" was incredible rude to one women and forward with another. It was a very distasteful experience and one you don't have to bother with...
