This is the best $145 dollars I've ever spent! I called Facet Technologies and they were here in 45 minutes and fixed everything I've been struggling with including a printer issue. It was ll I could do to hold back form kissing the tech that helped me! hahaha I've been working on this mess for two weeks! Hallelujah!!!
I have to say. I had never needed a tech person before till now. I bent my flash drive and it had so much information on it, I was devistated when it would not transfer to my laptop. I took it to Facet and they were able to get all my information off of it very quickly! How relieved I was! Thank you so much Facet(Pekin) for helping get my information off the damaged flash drive! You guys rock!
I've purchase two PC's from Facet and they have been extremely reliable. Facet believes in building quality PC's by using quality components. Whenever I did have an issue; which was not very often, and I could not resolve it myself, I found their techs to be courteous and professional! I highly recommend them!
