I was there for a medical reason and received friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.
Dr. Yadav and the staff were so friendly on my recent visit and gave me a lot of information on my issue. They are my first choice for dermatology.
Super friendly place. I came in the wrong day and they still fit me in. So nice having somewhere close in the east end. No other places nearby that do ohip referrals. I appreciate they likely don't get paid much for the referrals and want to say thank you for providing this.
Worst experience at a doctors office that i have ever had. After waiting for over 1 hr and 30 mins PAST my scheduled appt time, finally saw Dr. Yadav. When i informed her that i ALWAYS have to wait way beyond my scheduled appt time she said i was rude to her nurse - I guess they consider it rude to complain about excessive wait times - and then told me “I don’t care”.
