I was trying a new salon after not really liking the previous one. Booked an appt with Lauren. When I walked in everyone was very nice and welcoming. Lauren was absolutely great. Helped me pick out the colors I wanted and took time to listen to what I was going for. In the end, I loved the color and cut, it was exactly what I was going for! Already booked another appt, I would highly recommend based on today's experience.
I love this salon!!! I go to Megan and she has ALWAYS done a fabulous job on my hair! I have never left unhappy!! All of the ladies in this salon are so inviting and I love spending time in there every 5 weeks :) I drive from out near Greene to Crozet and will continue doing so, totally worth the drive!!!
I feel so lucky to have found a stylist like Yary. She understands curly hair and is a smart, sweet and funny person. Love coming to Face Value!
Thank you Julia...finally someone who gets long, thick hair! One happy mama! I am able to keep my length and watch my curls bounce back without having a headache! Whole experience was great...greeted with smiles and out in less than an hour!
Had a wedding that was postponed 24 hours due to winter storm and the staff was AMAZING with accommodating me with still providing services. I was beyond pleased with my hair and make-up and they helped me relax and de-stress in preparation for the big day. Could not praise them enough for their bridal services and customer service and am SOOOOO thankful for their help in making the day so special.
