Amazing from the beginning to the finish
I had never been into the office before. Staff was all courteous and professional.

I was very satisfied with everything that was done to me on Sept. 17th for the procedure of my implant......Everything went as planned, well, maybe I got to the parking lot earlier than the help.ha.....my appt. was at 7:30 a.m.
I have always received excellent service at Face and Jaw Surgery!
From the time this was scheduled, I indicated I wanted to be sedated for the procedure, but nobody listened. It became a very traumatic and unpleasant experience for me. I left your establishment in tears. The attending people said it was a very difficult procedure.
The office staff was friendly. The nurse I had was cheerful, kind, and informative. Did this hurt? No. I can tell you it was over almost as soon as it started...this place was out of my network and worth every penny.
I had Dr. Bui for my surgeon. He was excellent and very nice.
