Face Painting by Arvis Rocks! I've had Arvis do face painting at every event of ours for over 5 years now. She is so sweet and truly an amazing artist. Best of all, she has the lowest rates I've found and people keep asking for her to come back. It never gets boring because she lets people ask for whatever they want (if they don't want what's on her cards) -- even bizarre graphics from their iPhones -- and she paints them exact! My only complaint is that she doesn't have a clone for when she's booked.
