I had a very good consultation with Dr. Lo regarding implants for my teeth. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He has really good bedside manners and I would recommend him to anyone.
Outstanding and very professional service.
Dr. Jason Yamada is an excellent dental surgeon. I'm half way through the implant treatment and so far my experience is very satisfactory. The doctor has treated me with great care and attention. His facilities are of high caliber and the support staff is very helpful and friendly. The whole environment is very congenial. I'm very happy with the whole experience.
I had my usual competent periodontal maintenance visit. In addition I talked to Dr Yamada about my two loose teeth and the possibility of having two implants done. He advised me to wait as long as they were not painful. "They aren't going to fall out at this point". This is a good example of the honesty and integrity of the people at IPI. They could have made some big bucks, but advised to wait and see.
Dr. Lo did an excellent job explaining the procedure and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. Alisa did an excellent job of explaining the fees involved, payment options and how some procedures may still be covered by my insurance even though I am out of network. One minor negative factor - one assistance had an accent and I had to have her repeat some of her directions. Dr. Yamada is the best.
Dr Lo performed the procedure of installing 2 implants in the lower left side of my mouth. He was excellent. He said their would be no pain and their wasn't. Never had any trouble with rejections of rods or other discomforts. I will need one more implant and most certainly will have Dr Lo perform the procedure. Did I mention he has a wonderful sense of humor. The staff at this facility are wonderful. So nice and friendly. Makes for an enjoyable visit.
My visit was excellent. Can't wait for my next visit.
Dr. Yamada is the best oral surgeon. Over the years, I have had three implants and several gum procedures. He uses state of the art laser equipment and employed digital x-rays long before the equipment became a standard. His staff is always courteous and conscientious. I also have my teeth cleaned with Gary, who is the best I have experienced.
