Join with Caution- A year can be eternity! – This is the first negative review I've written about any business ever. I'm doing it simply because I don't want others to have my bad experience. I entered a year membership at Face Logic Arboretum and usually the facials were ok. I bought gift certificates for friends and referred neighbors to try this "bargain" facial program. .just a lot of changes – ..
It worked for me – I came here not to long ago and even though I don't live in austin it is a great place to come to when I am in town. I have been to the northern location and the arboretum location and some in dallas and I just wanted to say that every facelogic I have been to has been differnt but a great experience and I have never had a "rude" person when I went to the arboretum location the receptionist there actually found a location for me to my dallas trip as well which was nice. My 2 cents worth... – I have been a member since December 2007. Although there has been alot of staff turnaround, everyone I have encountered is friendly & takes care of my needs. You are divided into the same large room with up to 8 others. I have never been in there with more than 3 - I guess this depends on what day/time you set your appt. You get what you pay for. facials?! – I recentely went this spa, brought in by my girlfriend, I honestly really didn't want to go but ended up having a great experience and have actually already returned without her even being there. Although I didn't get a room to myself, which was a concern of the last posting I still very much enjoyed my time there because I was so relaxed back in the zero gravity chairs I forgot about the other people in the cubical next me. Not that great : P – The facial was okay but I was in a room with at least 5 or 6 other people so it wasn't quiet or relaxing; I could feel the people across from me staring. I assumed I would get my own room and have some privacy but was wrong. Also, I arrived early but had to wait 20 min after my appointment was supposed to start! The staff was really fake and kept trying to push me to buy their products and sign up for a monthly membership, which I did not want. More of a business than a spa.
Growing Pains?? – I've been a member for some time now, and yes there has been changes and not all so good. I've not had my face done by the same person twice either because they keep leaving! However it did get me someone I like even more than the first girl who I liked alot! The front desk girl, who has been there a while is the most helpful and sweetest person you could meet. good things are here...but better are to come?? – I have been a member of this spa since november and after reading the last post I thought I'd share my thoughts as well. Although the girls I first saw in the begining are no longer there I feel like most of the girls currently are more than capable to help me with my concerns. Not the same...changes are frustrating. – This is a okay spa with products that I could find elsewhere, and services I can pay a lil bit more for down the street so the savings are nice. I am unhappy that there have been so many changes...the staff just doesn't seem to stay. I am a member, and while I like the facial, I have never had the same person more then twice.
