I came in for a microneedling session with Carrie and was asked mid-treatment if I’d be open to trying a new technique. Without proper explanation or informed consent, she applied a chemical filler to my face, which caused a burning sensation and left discoloration and a scar on my nose. I absolutely adore this place. I happily drive 30 minutes from inner-city Charlotte for their services, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Carrie and Kelly are always so welcoming and keep me laughing throughout my entire appointment. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and even offer thoughtful skin-care recommendations. Wonderful experience! Kelly was great at helping with initial questions and throughout and Carrie was amazing and so kind! I was super nervous and they made me VERY comfortable! Definitely recommend.
Went to get microneedling done this past Saturday and Carrie was such a gem! She made me feel so comfortable and guided me through the whole process. Definitely can’t wait to book my next appt!!
