I didn’t get good service, she was unprofessional she didn’t closed the pores, when she started to extract the black heads she said when it hearts tell me, and she hart me I started to yell and she doesn’t care continued I was to faint. And now my face agitated with open pores
After a very busy and hot few days to go get tea, I accidentally walked into Face Haus. All of the staff were incredible and helpful! Especially, Caroline and Stephanie that took care of my facial needs as The Best Man in a soon ceremony. Thank you all! I feel rejuvenated!
Got the Glow facial today. I was concerned about the possibility of heavily fragranced products (products with essential oils, perfume, etc.) being used on my skin since I have sensitive skin. I called beforehand asking if they have products that are free of essential oils and fragrance. Whoever I talked told me they do and the esthetician would pick the products based on my needs. I put off a few years of writing this review, it’s been 2 years since I went to Face Haus here in studio city but I keep getting emails from them and thought it’d just get it over with. I was looking for a good facial to help with some acne flare ups I had because I was going to my sister’s 15th birthday party.
