I have been a long time client of Face FOUNDRIÉ, and I usually go to the Edina one. Yesterday, on a cold Monday afternoon, I booked a facial at 12:25. When I booked it, I saw they had openings at 1:30 and all throughout the afternoon. I put it on my calendar and it defaulted to 12:30. At 12:27, on my way there, I got a text saying my person was ready. I got there at exactly 12:30. After being told to sit down and wait, I was told I could not be seen because I was 5 minutes late.
