Update: spoke with the manager after the issues I had - especially since the cut had to be covered for my wedding. She was apologetic and did offer a credit for whenever I wanted to come back. I had a “clean & natural” facial with Eloise this past weekend and it was great. I was not ready to risk the derma-planning again, however if I was I would trust Eloise. It was really good until the poured battery acid on my face
I had a brow lamination/tint/wax with Morgan and I could not be more over the moon with my experience. Morgan asked thoughtful, intentional questions to get the right idea of what result I was hoping to achieve, and she executed perfectly. This was my first service and I will definitely be returning!
Presley was Amazing for my Lash Lift and tint! She elevated the lashes and the experience and creating such a SPA EXPERIENCE. This was the first lash lift of many.
