I have been a long time client of Face FOUNDRIÉ, and I usually go to the Edina one. Yesterday, on a cold Monday afternoon, I booked a facial at 12:25. When I booked it, I saw they had openings at 1:30 and all throughout the afternoon. I put it on my calendar and it defaulted to 12:30. Had an AMAZING foundrie glow facial with Chloe. She made me feel SO relaxed. I added a scalp massage which I will be adding to each service from now on in the future. Absolutely INCREDIBLE !! The front desk clerk Ava was so welcoming and kind, I can’t wait to come back!
I really wanted to love this place my mom raves about it, and the overall reviews are great so this experience was especially disappointing. This was my first time out in almost a year due to my children’s medical needs, and I was genuinely looking forward to something relaxing and rejuvenating.
