From the second you walk into Dr. Roma Franzia's Face Forward's Spa you are welcomed by a relaxing and tranquil environment. From the lovely and friendly receptionist Megan, to the knowledgeable and cheerful Peggi, the resident aesthetician, and of course Dr. Roma, I felt well cared for. Dr. Roma at Face Forward Spa in Winnetka knows how to make clients feel comfortable and relaxed from the minute they step into this medical spa. The space is beautiful and elegant, staff warm and friendly and Dr. Roma Talks over every detail Of the treatment you are receiving that day. I was amazed at the extraordinary amount of time she gives her patients and thoroughly explains many different cutting edge options for aging faces! Face Forward also runs many special promotions!
Where do I start? Staff is gracious, respectful and warm. Peggy is a pro and always knows what is appropriate for my skin at the time of year, never trying to upsell me or make me feel bad about the state it is in. I leave only with products that I asked for and feeling and looking refreshed. I couldn't go anywhere else.

My experiences at Face Forward have always been nothing short of Amazing. Megan at the front desk is so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've had facial treatments with Peggi and they were incredible. Dr. Roma is very experienced as well and delivers perfect results every time. The spa is a great atmosphere and I always leave feeling refreshed and with a smile on my face!
