My favorite Spa for everything I need! The Staff including Dr. Franzia couldn’t be better. Knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and fun. I’ve been a client for years and have enjoyed every single visit and every service they offer. The spa itself is so relaxing and comfortable, it’s always something I look forward to. The staff at Face Forward is professional and knowledgable- and ALWAYS on time!! I feel great after a treatment and I leave my appointments feeling energized- there is so much positivity in the office!! Everyone is also very understanding of my kids' needs and concerns as well- be it acne or unwanted hair. My kids are all treated as valued customers- not just my kids. I recommend Face Forward wholeheartedly. Best medical spa on the North Shore!!
The setting is so much more soothing and relaxing than other medical spas in the area. The doctor offers a free consultation, unlike other doctors who charge you in advance of treatment, whether or not you purchase. Best of all, the treatments have given me the best results I have experienced on the Northshore. I continue to be very satisfied and would highly recommend.
