My house is on the corner. Theyre working on the side road. They told me I couldn't pull into my driveway, which is located on the side of my house. Understandable. I explained that I have two sick kids in the back seat that I'm bringing home from school. I asked can I pull in front to unload them. Was told no that I would block on coming traffic. So I had to walk my sick daughter and sleeping toddler in my arms half a block home.

Denied access to an emergency tree company because they were milling my street. I have a tree uprooted tree from previous storm, will fall into my neighbors home. They denied the company the ability to park on the road and get the tree down before it falls onto my neighbors home, and causing injuring or worse to the family inside. Very rude crew. Charges a lot for a shoddy job, and even the office manager is rude. Any other contractor in PA would be better.

Cut into our retaining wall without asking. Younger workers were trying to be polite. There was some old guy with a red face and white hair smoking cigars that was extremely rude. I just asked if the were planning to cut into concrete so I could put my pet inside and he got short with me.
