DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! The experience I had was disastrous! They sold me the racks with wrong measurements. I had called and written the seller Miguel several times for four days and never responded. When I was finally able to get through, I had explained what happened and he charged me again to fix the problem!! They also didn’t give me the correct screws. They were too small! Working with Miguel was an absolute pleasure. He gave me great service and install on pallet rack installation at my warehouses, always kept me updated, and delivered a good price. Highly recommended, I will use this company for future projects and warehouse machinery.
