What a beautiful retreat for a Spring walk. Thank you for maintaining and keeping this space open for all to enjoy.
We participated in the winter walk event. Such a beautiful garden! I can't wait to see it in all the other seasons!
EVERYTHING!!! :-) Especially the gardens in sea on!!!
Such interesting stories of an exceptional individual and the people he brought together here. Colonel Fabyan made the most of his money and found ways to both exhibit it and put it to use helping others. Our docent, Chip Tieche , did a great job explaining the architecture of the mansion and all the wonders on the grounds of the estate.
Perfect this time of year!
Interesting & very pretty!
A great place to visit for so many reasons. History. Scenery. Nature trails. Picnics. Wedding/proposal sights in the Japanese tea garden. Mystery tours. Child friendly. Check out extensive descriptions at ppfv.org and kaneforest.com. Thank you to all the dedicated volunteers who make this possible.
nice.
We are so fortunate to have this beautiful forest preserve, gardens and museum right in our backyards. If you haven’t made the time to tour this be sure to put it on your list of things to do.
