Lied and said they were close to Uber prices, got my entire team in the car, and then quoted 5 times the cost of an Uber premier xxl. I showed the driver the difference in price between an uber Premier xxl (it was a Denali, not a limousine), and he said it would be the same price no matter what. I said fine I'll pay it, but I’m going to write a bad review, and he then decided to drive back to the Park MGM. Many of the drivers for this company don't think they need to have to follow rules/laws. They really need to do better checks on their drivers! They don't follow the laws like they are supposed to.

On December 6, 2025, as I was attempting to park in front of the Golden steer, I noticed a limo parked in the handicap parking spot. I asked him if he had a placard and he said yes, however there was no placard to be seen. This limo driver should be spoken to and should understand that a limo without a placard is not allowed to park in a handicap spot.
