I went to go get a eye exam on March 14 and was told that my glasses would be ready within 7 to 10 days. Every time when I called to ask were my glasses ready they kept telling me they would be here by the next day. Today, April 8 when I went to the store to check if my glasses were ready, they told me they were not here yet. The lady told me to return tomorrow because the delivery has not been dropped off for the day. After checking with my insurance, one lady told me everything will be covered by my insurance, (eye test, prescription, frames, glasses, EVERYTHING. Yes she used the word "EVERYTHING") But for my father they said, only eye test will be covered, the frame and lenses won't be covered because he got glasses last year. I said ok, let's do my test and get glasses. After the 40 minutes wait, eye test, and selecting the frame, the other lady told me that I have to pay $150 for frame and lenses.
