Made appt with Lily 3 weeks ago. When I got there she was busy so her husband started pedicure. It was very rushed. No lotion nothing except soak my feet and change my polish. She took another customer and he started my fill. I protested. He said I could wait for Lily but it would be a couple of hours. I should have left but I was tired and just wanted them done. I've been going to Lilly for several years and think she is the best. She is speedy too. I started going to her with my silk nails. She wanted to know why I didn't want Acrylic nails. I told her they were too thick. You can spot them a mile away. She assured me she could make them just a thin as my silks. She was right. I never went back to the silks. Occasionally she is even willing to work me in at the last minute.
They messed up and didn’t do what design I wanted and made me pay 35 dollars
Always has the open sign on, window says walk in welcome but they are never open!!!
