Do not go to these people for watch repairs held my watch for over a month and tried to charge me without fixing my watch And I had 2 call them multiple times to see where my watch was Very bad for business
Been going to Tim for years, I had taken a ring to get repaired on the inside as it had a minor flaw & it ended up getting completely ruined, it took an exact month for it to get “repaired” for something that was not there to begin with and didn’t fix the issue it was taken in for. Item was not repaired at all and a lousy job was done on it especially for the amount of time it was in the store. I am very upset as the ring had been passed on by a family member & had high sentimental value. Definitely will not be going back.
