I regularly purchase the executive wash books & have been going to Montecito fabulous freddies for over 10 years. Yesterday and the prior time I went there were over 10 cars in front of me. yesterday, on a Tuesday, at 10:00 am there were 18 cars in front of me waiting to be manually dried. Even with each car only taking 15 minutes I would have had over 3 hours wait for my car. I ended up wiping it down myself, which I did the prior time as well. Fabulous Freddy's has 2 of the most insulting and berating employees that I have ever came across. They are obnoxious and crude. The sad thing about it, I think those in charge condone it. It also appears that they are getting fewer customers. Could this be the cause?
Wow!!!! I just moved out from Los Angeles, and I can say I have NEVER seen such a high quality car wash in my 41 years of existence…..Dustin N. and Jeff P. worked on vacuuming my car and cleaning it, and it looks like NEW!!! When Jeff came to me to give me the keys he told me that they shined the tires for me as a courtesy because he just did not believe my car should look so clean with how the tires were looking. That was very kind of them to do, and they showed me what they did inside of the car…..it was a LOT of work, and... read more

Stay Away!!! – Fabulous Freddy’s ripped me off! I used Fabulous Freddy’s valet service at the Bite of Las Vegas and when I picked up my car it had been rummaged through and my son’s Nintendo DS and my camera were stolen. The kid in charge of the valet told me not to worry and they would take care of it. After several phone calls with Fred Smith the owner of Fabulous Freddy’s he offered to split the $330.00 cost of the items. This is unacceptable to me as his people were in charge of keeping my car safe! I paid them $10 to do... read more
Walked in had a bad start but luckly a guy named Frankie knew about how to work with my BMW. He made my visit smooth and made me want to come back.
Walked in price was crazy...oil change took 1 hour and 30 minutes..
