I regularly purchase the executive wash books & have been going to Montecito fabulous freddies for over 10 years. Yesterday and the prior time I went there were over 10 cars in front of me. yesterday, on a Tuesday, at 10:00 am there were 18 cars in front of me waiting to be manually dried. Even with each car only taking 15 minutes I would have had over 3 hours wait for my car. I ended up wiping it down myself, which I did the prior time as well.
