I am always impressed with the detail they put into cleaning my jeep!
My girlfriend took our car in, and it took over an hour for her to get it back, and I actually had to call and complain. Once she got the car there was garbage in the back, crumbs all over, and the Matt's weren't cleaned like she asked. I am incredibly disappointed and will be finding another car wash. After a hard days work, the last thing you want to do is sit and wait for over an hour for your car to be cleaned, and to get it back looking like shit. Fabulous Freddy's is always awesome and fabulous.
Today was the first time ever I was not happy with Fabulous Freddy's. I went in for an oil change on my lunch break. They said I could use an air filter and I agreed. They didn't tell me they didn't have the filter on site. They had one brought to them but it was the wrong one. They finally came and apologized for taking so long because they had to go get another filter. I said I would leave the vehicle because I worked next door and would come back in a few hours. This was the worst car wash ever!!! One of the workers pulled the windshield wiper blade off when he went to wipe our windshield off and didn't not put the blade back on correctly! When we went use the windshield blade the blade fell off completely and scratch put damn windshield! Worst place ever! I recommend NOT going there!!!!!

Do not pay for wheel bling - it is a joke. Lazy employees do a quick wipe and that's about it. I asked two different employees to make sure they do a good job this time (had this problem many times) and I was assured it would be. I don't want to be "that guy" that walks around the vehicle- time to go elsewhere
