They are way too slow and understaffed .They did cars that came in behind me!!!!
I went to Fabulous Freddy's to get an oil change. No wait and they were finished in 10 minutes. Only $24.99. No more waiting in line at Walmart for me!
I made an appointment for an interior detail. They were unable to complete it--after 90 minutes I was told that they had to go hand-wax the express customers' cars. I didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes before they could start to shampoo the carpets. I paid for what was done, and when I got back to my car I was told that the center console was in the back of the car because they hadn't gotten to it yet. Not so fabulous.
My mother went in today to get her car washed and detailed ($30 worth) at the river rd location around 5pm...boy o boy, my 2 year old could have done a better job vacuuming/wiping down the inside.. horrible.. horrible!
I had an AMAZING experience today. I went in with a back seat that encountered doggy diarrhea � lovely right? I brought it in and a major shout out to Dallas in the detail area who did an amazing job on my disgusting car! I was and still am amazed how beautiful it is again, haven't seen it this clean since I rolled it off the car lot 3 years ago! Highly recommend this place! Very impressed! And again... I'm sorry for anyone who had to deal with my backseat. �
They always take care of me. Low tire pressure no problem. Drive thru food mart like the old school daries in California
