Great store I love the selection and pricing at this store. You can find funky/classic/vintage items and they're reasonably priced. I can't wait to find furniture for my daughter's big girl room!
not friendly :( Finds are fabulous, but staff is stuck-up and not friendly. Many times they act like you are a giant pain. Questions are barely answered and with destain. Whatever happened to remembering that customers are the life blood of your business? Just smile, say hello and thank people for coming in - not too much to ask to increase your business!
Great Store! Great Store! I have both consigned items and purchased items and am very happy with all results. Furniture and decorative items are of the highest quality and condition. The items that I have consigned usually sell within the first couple of weeks, so there is definitely a good turnover and selection.
Customer Service? The selection and prices are good. The staff is rude. Shop there if you have thick skin. Note: I did not try to haggle, sell junk, or knowingly do any other odd or annoying behavior while I was in the store. I don't know why the staff is not nicer??? They have a great store at a great location. If being overworked is the problem, maybe they ought to hire some additional help.
Fabulous Finds Rocks!!! Fabulous Finds is a great place. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is responsive and friendly, if a bit overworked. I have been there many times, and so I can say with authority that the problem is not with the staff, Rather, if there is a problem at all, it is the stupid customers. Fabulous Finds is not a good place for sellers FF is great if you are a buyer; not so good if you are a seller. They price low and take 50%. Look around for a better local consignment opportunity.
furniture finds a bargain I have found several fun and affordable furniture pieces at Fabulous finds. This is definitely a place to check out time and time again. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Fabulous Finds not service I recently visited the store even though I've lived in Frederick several years. I love the selection and the eclectic items available, but I agree with the other reviews. I was in the store for at least 30 minutes browsing happily and neither associate acknowledged me, even as one passed me by. Both of them were sitting at the counter with their noses buried in their own business. I will return, not for the service but for the items that I've been looking for. And for that it will merit 3 stars.
Best consignment shop ever! The best consignment shop I've ever been in! Great items, always something new, great condition, friendly & helpful staff. I have bought many things at Fabulous Finds and couldn't be happier! You have to check all the time, new inventory constantly. It is a very unique, one-of-a-kind shop, the condition of most items is "new" and they don't have much dated junk.
