What a bunch of thieves! I had Fabriclean come pick up my rugs to be cleaned; I was told that they would have them back to me in a week, which was fine. A few weeks went by so I called and left many messages. They never returned my calls. I had to call the Better Business Bureau and file a claim. I made an estimate appointment at 1pm and these people did a no call no show!! what kind of service is that! at least call!
