Horrible experience this morning!!! Not commercial at all.. I have bought several stores from them and I have one of the stores that no longer goes down with the remote. I asked a technician to just fix the store with the remote control and he told me $250 in 3 weeks...it's nonsense!! and when i said it was just an adjustment..he hung up on me !!! Not professional at all !!!!
