I have not had a good experience with Fabric Bin regarding customer service and feedback. I had 2 electric screens installed. The installation service went very well and then we noticed one of the shades had a tear ion one corner and was buckling in the other. I called to have it repaired and they were responsive to come pick it up, but that's where the customer service became unacceptable. I love our outdoor patio shades. They keep out the sun and we can still see everything perfectly from inside when they are closed.

They did an excellent job on my favorite chair. Repaired it. Recovered it. All perfect. Ahead of schedule. And at the estimated price. Picked up and delivered — both in a 30 minute window — not one of these “somewhere that day” arrangements. Would use them again and recommend to all. Great work.
