I disagree with the other reviewer. I think Doug, and his salespeople, are really considerate and professional, and their prices are good, and they have selection nobody else has. Really unique designs, not the typical cra* you find at other places. But since their stuff is rather specialized, they're at the mercy of the metalworkers they use, and sometimes they can get backed up. The staff at this store is second or third rate at best. They screwed up my wedding band order twice and one employee couldn't correct the mistake the first time so we had to go back another day to deal with the original employee who ordered the ring in error. The ring was supposed to take 3 weeks to receive and after SIX weeks of waiting we canceled the order and didn't even get an apology.
