Find anyone else – unless you want to end up with a surprise bill for routine preventive cleaning! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. During what was supposed to be a routine preventive cleaning—typically 100% covered by my insurance—the dentist performed additional services without informing me or checking my insurance coverage. There are no words to describe my visit with Dr. Milord. Her and her staff were courteous, professional, and made me feel like I wasn't just another patient. She took the time to explain in detail what she was going to do, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My prior dentist stated that I would need 1,400 worth of work on my teeth, and she assured my that this was not the case. I highly recommend her.
